We know just how exciting moving into a new home can be and we can't wait to be a part of that journey with you. One of the most exciting parts is the planning; will our new dining table fit there, why don't we add an kitchen island and are my bikes going to hang on that wall or not?
We have lost track of the number of times a floorplan that comes along with the advert on popular house sale websites is wrong. We've seen walls and doors in the wrong places, cupboards missing and even entire rooms completely missing from the plan!
They also don't come with any measurements which means you can't plan your spaces as you would want and when you move in...uhoh actually my new desk and LEGO collection isn't going to fit in that niche afterall.

Detailed Measured Plan
We will produce for you, a laser-accurate 2D floorplan of your new home with all doors, walls and windows exactly where they should be.

Editable 3D Modeling
Want to take your planning to the next level?

We will provide you with a highly precise, interactive digital 3D model of your property that is completely editable to help you plan and create the design of your perfect space.

You can easily add furniture and decorations, and move walls, doors and windows. You can even start planning that dream extension or garage conversion easily using the software. With your own personal log in we will create three copies of the model so you can plan to your hears content. You can also capture and share photorealistic images of what your planned home will look like

Using a Third Party website, with your permission we will create you an account and generate the models before passing you the log in details and letting your creativity fly. This is a piece of software we have personally used for years for the planning of renovation and adaptation works for residential properties and now we want you to be able to use it too.
