Drone Imaging
We provide our clients with a holistic overview of the condition of their properties, that is from the ground up.​
The majority of homebuyer surveys currently do not offer a detailed overview of the condition of the property roof and the surveyor will provide an opinion based on what they can see from the ground. However, it can be impossible to identify potentially costly repair issues or defects from ground level. If these are missed it can lead to additional costs from leaks, blocked gutters and loose tiles etc. after you have purchased the property.

Common issues we identify are:

- Broken or loose slates and tiles
- Ridge mortar missing and broken
- Extraction flues not correctly sealed or vented
- Missing or damaged flashing around skylights and chimneys
- Damage to flat roof felt

Add the option of a drone imaging survey to any of our other surveys for an additional fee.

We use the latest in drone technology to capture photographs and videos of defects in 4K. We are insured drone pilots licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority and we only utilise drones that are legal and safe to fly within residential areas.

We will also throw in a couple of cool pictures of your house for free for your instagram or to hang on your wall...it's up to you.
